Job Description
1. Culinary leadership and operational responsibility for international catering assignments
2. On-site role at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club
3. Ensuring our quality and service standards
4. Leadership and coordination of international kitchen teams
5. Collaboration with operations and service teams
6. Contributing to the development of menus and food concepts
Off-season / race break:
7. Working in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna
Qualifications
8. Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
9. Experience in fine dining, upscale catering, or event gastronomy
10. Valid work permit for Austria
11. Structured working style and strong leadership skills
12. Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
13. Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
14. Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
Additional Information
15. We offer a gross monthly salary of €5,500, plus additional compensation for Formula 1 races & other international events
