Job Description
1. Creation and implementation of high-quality dessert concepts for an international VIP clientele
2. On-site role at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club
3. Ensuring our quality and service standards
4. Collaboration with operations and service teams
Off-season / Race Break:
5. Based in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna
Qualifications
6. High level of creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics and presentation
7. Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a pastry chef
8. Experience in fine dining, upscale catering, or event gastronomy
9. Valid work permit for Austria
10. Based in Vienna or willing to move here
11. Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
12. Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
