YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Leading and facilitating workshops to assess customer requirements
2. Analyze and document workshop results, translating them into tailored solution designs
3. Design and implementation of solutions together with a project team
4. Prepare comprehensive documentation of customer solutions and project results
5. Solve incidents in cooperation with the support teams
YOUR PROFILE:
6. Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University, Technical University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent) with a focus on Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
7. At least 3 years of professional experience in IT consulting, project work and customer support
8. Knowledge of one or more special technology Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Digital Archives) desireable
9. Strong understanding of customer processes and ability to align solutions accordingly
10. Business fluent knowledge in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
