Join us as a New Vehicle Internal Coordinator and help us achieve excellence for our clients, business, brand partners, and your career.
About the role:
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be integral to our customer experience, with responsibilities including:
1. Coordination:
* Coordinate with internal departments (sales, service, pre-delivery, detailing) to meet customer needs.
* Manage yard responsibilities concerning stock movement and preparation.
* Organize detailing schedules and manage capacity.
* Ensure quality control of detailing output.
* Coordinate new vehicle arrivals and check-in processes.
* Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between teams.
Administrative tasks:
* Schedule and coordinate new vehicle deliveries.
* Manage transport damage claims on new vehicles.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Handle repair orders for internal vehicles.
* Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Additional responsibilities:
* Manage vehicle stock between dealership and storage facility.
* Promote a safe work environment.
* Support other tasks as required.
Ideal candidate:
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High standard of customer service skills.
* Previous automotive industry experience.
* Ability to stay composed under pressure and multitask.
* Current Driver’s License.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
