To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager Europe to lead the HR function across the region, acting as a trusted advisor to the European leadership team and aligning regional HR initiatives with global strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy for the European Business Unit in alignment with both the CEO Europe and the Global HR team in the US.
* Partner with the European leadership team to provide strategic guidance on Talent Management, Succession Planning, Organizational Development, and Change Management.
* Ensure the adoption of global HR standards while complying with diverse local labor laws and regulations across 9 EU countries.
* Oversee all main HR processes across Europe, including Recruitment & Staffing, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the European HR team while fostering a high-performance, service-oriented HR organization.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, data privacy regulations, and corporate policies in each European country.
* Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to minimize risks and ensure operational excellence.
* Champion a strong company culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and diversity across all European entities.
Your Profile
* Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* 8–10+ years of HR leadership experience in an international, multi-country environment, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Strong knowledge of EU labor laws and experience managing HR operations across multiple EU countries.
* Proven track record in Organizational Development, Change Management, and building scalable HR structures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high intercultural competence.
* Fluent English and German (both written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
