Responsibilities
* Design technical architectures considering functionality and scalability, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to identify their business and technical needs.
* Develop integration strategies for ServiceNow with existing systems, identifying optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency, user-friendliness, and performance.
* Provide expert guidance on maximizing ServiceNow platform capabilities and support developers and project teams to adhere to standards and best practices.
* Assist implementation teams during projects to ensure correct architecture execution and review solutions for quality and business alignment.
* Conduct reviews and validations of architectures to ensure robustness and future-proofing, effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams to promote effective collaboration, developing scalable solutions aligned with future needs and resource optimization.
Required Skills
* Deep understanding of modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, with current ServiceNow certifications.
* Knowledge of software and data architecture, API integrations (REST, SOAP), and middleware technologies for stable, scalable solutions.
* Ability to model and analyze business processes and document client requirements to develop targeted solutions.
* Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices for efficient service management.
* Strong communication skills to present technical concepts clearly and build stakeholder relationships, integrating their needs into architecture.
* Experience leading ServiceNow implementation projects and teams, with a commitment to mentoring and continuous learning.
* Structured team player with initiative, excellent communication skills, and fluent in German and English.
