What You’ll Be Doing:

Tenant Support: Handle tenant inquiries, address concerns, and create a positive living experience.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections (open homes, entry, exit, and routine) to ensure quality standards are met.
Tenancy Applications: Process tenancy applications with accuracy and efficiency.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with tenants and owners to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to tenant and owner interactions.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solver: A solutions-focused attitude when handling tenant concerns and property issues.
Real Estate Knowledge: A relevant real estate license or certification is a plus.
