Tasks
As an intern, you will support the operations department, gain valuable practical experience and learn from proficient colleagues.
* Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to identify operational challenges and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
* Participate in data projects, applying advanced analytics to derive actionable insights
* Assist in automation initiatives to streamline processes within our Operations team, enabling smarter work practices
* Support the development of interactive dashboards and reports to showcase findings and track performances
* Support the Data Warehouse migration process to ensure a smooth transition and integration of operational data
Requirements
* You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
* You enjoy working in an international environment team and take initiative to handle tasks independently and proactively
* You bring strong analytical skills paired with a creative approach to problem-solving
* You are familiar with SQL and data analysis techniques
* You ideally have experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* You have very good written and spoken English skills; German is a plus
* You posses a good command of the MS Office applications
* You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
