Location:

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Provide hands-on support for internal IT systems and infrastructure.
Install, maintain, and optimise desktops, mobile devices and network connectivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable technology solutions
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and core networking principles.
Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting and customer service.
Solid understanding of desktop systems, peripherals and network configurations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, MCP/MCSA) are a plus
Language: Fluent Austrian and English is a must.
