Join BRP and take the lead in shaping our global operational procurement processes! As an Operational Procurement Service Team Lead (m/f/d), you will ensure smooth and compliant end-to-end procurement operations by leading local and international teams across our Gunskirchen, Hong Kong, and Querétaro offices. Your mission is to maintain process excellence, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement that supports BRP’s global business strategy.
Your responsibilities
1. Ensure smooth and compliant execution of all operational procurement processes within the team
2. Guarantee a high service level toward internal customers such as direct and indirect buyers
3. Maintain data accuracy and process consistency across all transactions and sites
4. Continuously drive process improvement and development initiatives
5. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to streamline workflows
6. Gather feedback from the team to enhance procurement policies and system usability
7. Deliver monthly performance reports and KPIs to SSC and global procurement teams
8. Ensure adherence to global process standards across all sites
9. Develop Operational Procurement Service team members into self-driven t specialists following standardized processes globally
10. Coordinate with procurement, accounting, and internal requesters on operational procurement -related topics
11. Monitor tasks to ensure timely completion and issue resolution
12. Execute and sustain continuous improvement and process optimization projects
13. Prepare and analyze Operational Procurement Service performance reports (e.g., invoice cycle time, GR/IR balance)
14. Taking over operational purchasing processes, as well as representing and covering peak periods
Your experience and skills
15. College for Business Administration (HAK) or university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Administration, or related field
16. 3–5 years of professional experience in procurement, accounting, or shared service environments
17. Strong knowledge of operational procurement processes, ideally in a global context
18. Proven ability to lead teams across multiple sites and cultures
19. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
20. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
21. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
22. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,.30 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
