What you bring with you

* Ongoing studies or completed education in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or Marketing – or relevant professional experience in hospitality or administration.
* Strong digital and organizational skills, with routine use of Personio, Outlook, Excel, and job portals.
* Reliable, structured, and proactive working style, even in busy periods.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in written correspondence.
* Team-oriented, detail-focused, and dependable.
* Open to part-time, student position, or hybrid work arrangements (depending on individual agreement).

Your tasks

* Maintain and update our recruiting platforms (Personio, Indeed, StepStone, and others) to ensure all job postings are current and visible.
* Handle applicant communication from the first contact to scheduling interviews and sending feedback.
* Prepare and distribute candidate newsletters and assist in employer branding activities.
* Support the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks and onboarding coordination.
* Monitor recruiting pipelines and timelines, keeping track of ongoing applications and responses.
* Work with digital tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Personio to manage data and streamline processes.
* Contribute ideas for optimization, helping us make recruiting more digital, efficient, and personal.
