YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support in the further development and implementation of the corporate strategy as well as in important strategic projects
2. Support with ongoing international M&A projects (e.g. company valuation, due diligence)
3. Independent implementation of strategic analyses, especially market and company analyses
4. Independent preparation and follow-up of management workshops
5. Work in close collaboration with various functions (Legal, HR, Finance, Sales, etc.)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. Ongoing or completed business studies (university/university of applied sciences)
7. Basic knowledge of financial and strategic management
8. Proficient use of MS Office programs (especially Power Point and Excel)
9. English, German is a plus
10. Analytical, precise and conscientious way of working & organizational talent

For this position, considering the collective agreement for the metal industry, a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,.22 is paid on a full-time basis.
