Job Description
* Managing digital asset and fiat related trade settlement and communicating with internal and external trading counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
* Trade reconciliation from post trade to settlement to ensure correct and timely settlement.
* Keeping track of the treasury and liaising with the trading and finance teams on accounting for asset balances across operations.
* Liaising internally with the wider trading, OTC and options teams on balances and settlement status, and providing administrative and client communication support where needed.
* Asset rebalancing and whitelisting of crypto addresses across multiple CEXs and DEXs.
* Managing and adding new banking beneficiaries, and supporting trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements. Liaising with Keyrock’s account managers at banks on confirming cut‑off times, fees and troubleshooting bank services.
* Tracking and alerting internal and external client margin and net open positions, and liaising with clients on transfer of assets to maintain margin thresholds.
* Keeping track of and reporting technical and financial problems and providing support to the dev team for improvements and automation of processes.
* Monitoring and project managing internal operations ticketing processes and working with trading teams to streamline and improve these.
* Overseeing and helping enhance the collection, documentation and organising of external counterparty FX and OTC related trade data for purposes of internal cost and best execution tracking.
* Helping improve the efficiency and design of a more streamlined trade reporting and post‐trade settlement procedures.
Background And Experience
* 3+ years of prior trading and/or trading operations experience – settlements and trading reconciliation as core, with a strong preference for crypto asset experience.
* Experience working in a crypto or tradfi banking environment across multiple currencies and managing different forms of money transfers/wires – with experience in managing clearing/settlement within cut‑off times.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, etc.

* Self‑organized and excellent communication.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* A demonstrable passion for digital assets and blockchain technologies, and an understanding of asset transfers across CEXes and DEXes.
* Adaptable and a strong team player, working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile, track and present asset treasury and balances to internal and external counterparties.
* Added bonus: Familiarity with Python and SQL, and experience with querying database trade data and generating reports and dashboards.
