We are seeking an organised person with high standards to join our team at Aussie Escape Caravans.
Our Workshop requires an Administration Manager who can think on their feet. This challenging but varied full‑time role requires the candidate to possess strong confidence in customer relations, along with a professional telephone manner and communication skills.
The position includes ordering of parts, scheduling repair dates, allocating jobs to staff and liaising with customers.
You must be an honest, reliable, punctual, well presented individual with high integrity and be able to follow procedures to make the workshop office run smoothly. Experience in a workshop environment would be an advantage as would knowledge of Caravans and spare parts.
A high level of computer skills is required, and a sound knowledge of MYOB is preferred, however training will be provided.
You will be required to work Monday – Thursday 7.15am to 4.30pm, Friday 7.15am to 2.30pm and one Saturday morning per month 7.30am to 11.30am. A current driver’s licence would be favourable however, public transport is available within proximity.
