Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-franchise service department
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Drive workshop efficiency, productivity, and profitability
* Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and KPIs
* Develop and mentor staff to support professional growth and performance
About You
* Proven experience in an automotive service department (multi-franchise experience highly regarded)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
* Sound understanding of manufacturer and warranty processes
