Beschreibung

Your responsibilities:

* Visit and build long-term relationships with priority dental clinics and dental laboratories across Ukraine.
* Identify and approach high-potential VIP customers (clinics/labs) and negotiate partnership agreements.
* Manage and continuously expand the database of Key Accounts and VIP clients.
* Understand the specific needs of each client and provide personalized product and service solutions.
* Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver best-in-class support to key accounts.
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
* Organize educational events, workshops, and product demonstrations for key clients when needed.
* Monitor competitors' activity and provide market insights to internal stakeholders.
* Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs for the Key Account segment

Your qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in the dental, medical, or pharmaceutical sector.
* Higher education, preferably in dentistry, medicine, dental technology, or a related scientific field.
* Strong knowledge of the dental market in Ukraine is a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* B2 /Fluent English
* Willingness to travel frequently within Ukraine.
* Experience working with dental product lines or technical dental knowledge.
* Previous experience in managing VIP clients or premium segment B2B customers.
* Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven personality.
