We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Austrian affiliate. You will join a team of 9 people and ensure the following missions:
* Independently perform service assignments, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-site interventions.
* Plan, prioritize, and coordinate technical service orders to ensure timely execution.
* Install, upgrade, and de-install laboratory instruments and systems according to technical and safety standards.
* Advise and support customers on technical issues, service solutions, and available service contract options.
* Perform accurate fault diagnosis and effective troubleshooting directly at customer sites.
* Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure optimal availability and minimal downtime.
* Prepare accurate service documentation and deliver regular activity and performance reports.
What we are looking for :
* Successful completion of training in the field of medical/electrical engineering or mechatronics
* Solid experience with IT operating systems & network technologies
* Very good German & good English skills
* Willingness to travel extensively within Austria, driving license B
* Independent, structured & careful working style
* Team player with strong service & customer orientation
