Based in
Vienna
, your first mission will be to
support and drive the successful market launch of a new multi-concept venue
. Beyond this, you will generate new business for a selection of well-established hotels in Vienna and support an upscale property in Bregenz.
The position is
target-driven
, reporting directly to the Sales Director, and offers the
opportunity to shape commercial success across multiple properties.
Job description:
* defining an actionable Sales Plan
aligned with annual revenue targets,
* managing the company CRM (HubSpot) and
tracking all sales activities,
* providing back-office support
to the Commercial Team,
* actively researching and identifying potential clients
through social media, networking, and cold outreach,
* organizing and attending meetings
with new clients, understanding their needs and expectations,
* coordinating and hosting site inspections
for both the new venue and the hotels,
* preparing regular reports and performance
reviews with the Sales Director,
* representing the company at trade fairs,
industry workshops, promotional events, and local hospitality activations.
We require:

* strong communication
, interpersonal and organizational skills,
* a proactive, ambitious mindset with a drive to meet targets,
* willingness
to travel as needed,

– native or fluent,
