Job Description
* Manage a portfolio of customer-facing digital products, with a focus on Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Translate customer needs into clear product requirements for software and development teams.
* Define and manage the product backlog, driving agile development teams as Product Owner.
* Oversee all aspects of product management, including pricing, contracts, marketing, training, user support, sales support, and professional representation.
* Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with customer requirements and business growth objectives.
* Measure and track product KPIs to report to stakeholders and management.
