We are looking for a Project Manager for High-Voltage MOSFET Product Development to lead cross‑functional teams across multiple regions and drive successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product development projects, including planning, reporting, and documentation.
Align and coordinate project requirements across a globally distributed team spanning Europe, the United States, and Asia‑Pacific.
Lead product development teams, providing clear direction, assigning work packages, and fostering a motivated and focused team environment.
Establish and maintain an effective team and meeting structure, facilitating seamless and constructive communication among team members and stakeholders.
Manage project risks, leading the team in resolving complex problems and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Leverage technical knowledge to moderate discussions among experts, driving informed decision‑making and optimal project outcomes.
Be responsible for project success and tracking of targets.
Qualifications & Skills
A university degree in electronics, microelectronics, physics, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on semiconductor devices and power switches, and a deep understanding of silicon and SiC device physics.
2+ years of experience as a project manager for R&D projects, including at least one project from start to closure; a project management certification (ideally IPMA Level C) or experience managing projects for automotive products is highly desirable.
Proven leadership skills and flexibility to handle changes during the project, with experience in leading technical teams and applying systematic problem‑solving approaches.
Excellent communication skills in English; the ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise, and structured presentations and documentation. German knowledge or willingness to learn German is a plus.
Familiarity with power switch technologies and Infineon’s product portfolio is a significant advantage.
Compensation
Salary is competitive and pays 14 times per year, based on the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry (employment group H). Compensation may be adjusted according to expertise and skills.
