This role sits at the core of a fast-moving, globally distributed People function, supporting both People Operations and recruiting activities. It is designed for someone who thrives in execution-focused environments where accuracy, responsiveness, and ownership make a direct impact on team performance. You will help ensure hiring processes run smoothly, systems remain reliable, and employee lifecycle operations are well-coordinated across a remote, async-first organization. The role combines operational rigor with cross-functional collaboration, offering exposure to recruiting workflows, onboarding and offboarding, and internal People initiatives. It is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who enjoys improving processes through hands-on work. You will play a key role in keeping operations organized, consistent, and moving forward across time zones.
\n Accountabilities:
Support interview scheduling in close coordination with recruiting teams, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience across multiple time zones.
Maintain and update ATS systems, job postings, and candidate pipelines to ensure data accuracy and operational consistency.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, helping ensure structured and seamless employee transitions.
Maintain high-quality People data and documentation across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Support planning and coordination of company offsites, team events, and internal gatherings.
Conduct research and synthesize information to support People Operations and recruiting initiatives.
Identify process gaps, follow through on open tasks, and ensure completion of ongoing operational work.
Provide general operational support across People initiatives, contributing wherever needed to keep workflows moving efficiently.
