Smartedge’s client is looking for an individual to assist with their Senior L3 Support on a permanent role in Linz, Austria (Onsite).
Job Summary:
1. Coordinate changes with local and international suppliers.
2. Propose and implement process improvements.
3. Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, SCCM/Intune, and perform project, change, and operational tasks, including security updates using scripts.
4. Manage Teams telephony system for seamless communication.
5. Supervise recurring management tasks.
6. Participate in projects as a consultant and in an executive role.
7. Hold a HBO/Degree in an IT discipline.
8. Have 3-5 years of IT Service Management experience.
9. Experience in a production environment is advantageous.
10. Knowledge of ITIL; certification is a plus.
11. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure, SCCM, Intune, M365, and Windows (MCSE).
12. Be organized, proactive, and structured in work approach.
13. Be willing to travel within the country as per guidelines.
14. Be available for critical issues outside offshore hours.
15. Maintain SLA agreements.
16. Support H & F in data rooms, networks, servers, etc., coordinating with offshore teams.
17. Possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
18. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
19. Adapt to changing technologies and environments.
20. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
21. Mentor and train junior team members.
22. Communicate effectively in local language and English.
