YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design, implement, and optimize driver-based planning models across Regions, Functions and Productlines
2. Lead the design and optimization of enterprise planning and forecasting models with a strong focus on automatization, governance and data quality
3. Translate business drivers into actionable data models within annual budgets, rolling forecasts and strategic planning
4. Partner with Data Analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration from ERP and data warehouse systems and govern Planning & Consolidation metadata, hierarchies, and business rules
5. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and provide decision-support analytics, scenario modeling, and variance analysis to actively further shape our Planning & Consolidation strategy
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. Proven experience in Financial Planning & Consolidation (5+ years), supported by a relevant degree or hands-on expertise in FP&A processes, and experience in end-to-end financial consolidation processes and reporting requirements according to IFRS
7. Advanced proficiency in EPM platforms (e.g., SAP SAC/BPC, Jedox, INFOR dEPM) and strong knowledge of BI/Analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or SAC
8. Deep understanding of data models and integration concepts, knowledge in programming (SQL, Python or similar) considered an advantage
9. Proven expertise in project management: roadmap delivery, agile execution and stakeholder communication
10. Excellent communication and language skills, with business-level English and good German; comfortable with hybrid work and occasional travel

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR ,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
