Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated individual with strong negotiation skills, a high process orientation, and experience in operational and strategic procurement. In this responsible position, you will handle classic purchasing tasks as well as operational procurement processes, master data maintenance, and the coordination of commercial deviations, while significantly contributing to ensuring material availability and implementing our global procurement strategy.
This role contributes to driving real impact through meaningful work.
Work model: onsite with 10 home office days a month.
* Conduct inquiries, tenders, and market analyses, including price and contract negotiations within serial production business
* Take responsibility for quantity contracts, delivery schedules, and logistics agreements with international suppliers
* Monitor inventory levels, lead times, price developments, and manage PCN/EOL topics
* Act as an interface between production planning, order management, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure a stable supply chain, including operational purchasing activities, master data maintenance, and complaint handling
Qualifications
* Completed commercial or technical education with a focus on Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
* Several years of experience in operational or strategic purchasing, ideally within an industrial environment
* Strong expertise in price and contract negotiations with international suppliers
* Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
* Analytical mindset with a good understanding of business processes and key performance indicators
* Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
* Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Compensation
The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 52,853.78 EUR annual for a full‑time position as of May 2025.
