Junior Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE:

As a Junior Key Account Manager at Weber in Austria, you will have the important mission to continue to develop and strengthen our relationships with our clients, but also bring new clients to Weber. You will oversee and conduct negotiations, setting up forecasts and monitor our development to make sure we achieve our company goals and much more

With your support, our clients will have an amazing experience grilling while admiring the Austrian mountains.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

* You will contribute to the further development of the DIY, BBQ superstore chain concept and pure online player
* Create and implement business strategies (sales, operations, IT, etc.)
* Consult and challenge customers in business concepts
* You can understand our clients' needs and adjust them according to our company goals
* Expand the existing customer relationships while being able to acquire new customers
* Conducting annual meetings with key accounts, including business negotiations
* Plan our forecast and control its development on a regular basis
* Implementing and monitoring sales and gross margin targets, as well as inventory and sell-out figures
* Analysis and optimization of our distribution, as well as placement goals listing

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

* Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent in a commercial related training
* You speak fluently German and English
* First experience in a commercial area or as Key Account Manager
* You enjoy negotiating with different stakeholders (both internal and external)
* You possess a strong strategical mindset and great analytical skills
* Understanding about grilling products is an advantage – otherwise it will be an opportunity for you to learn at Weber
* Willingness to travel up to 40%-50% (mainly in Austria)
