Job Description

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative processing of orders in SAP, managing various administrative tasks, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth operations across departments. You will maintain accurate records, handle customer inquiries, manage orders, track shipments, and provide exceptional support to both the sales team and customers.


Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process for designated customers, including internal and external communication and coordination (excluding invoicing and cash collection).
* Ensure accurate order entry in SAP and manage open orders based on stock availability.
* Proactively inform customers of any order-related issues.
* Review transportation modes to improve delivery times in coordination with procurement, demand‑supply, logistics, etc.
* Coordinate with distribution centers and customers for time‑slot bookings, shipment pickups, and create packing lists for certain customers.
* Create transport documents and handle customs documentation as required.
* Send out license keys and generate Label IDs in Salesforce and intranet.
* Process orders for recurring Cloud & Maintenance billing, including clarification with account managers and confirmation to customers.
* Collaborate on customer master data (update, complete, review data).
* Manage part of the return of materials process.
* Review invoiceable documents and forward them to the finance department.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and actively contribute to process improvements.
* Promote the use of the Customers’ Portal and offer support to customers using this platform.


Qualifications

* Completed commercial training (commercial academy or comparable qualifications).
* Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
* Excellent MS Office skills.
* Precise and independent work style.
