As part of our IT Support & Staging team, you will help ensure that our innovative simulation solutions for medical training run reliably around the world. You will serve as a technical point of contact, setting up and supporting systems remotely and on-site. You solve technical challenges independently through remote access to systems around the globe.
Support Specialist
You support customers in 2nd level support – competent, friendly, and solution-oriented.
Stay on Top of Things
You manage tickets, maintain oversight, and ensure every issue is properly tracked and followed up on.
Hands-On Operator
You set up and test our systems at our Vienna office and occasionally support customers on-site internationally.
Document Clearly
You document technical issues in a clear and understandable way.
Bring in Your Ideas
You actively contribute your ideas and help us continuously improve our products and processes.
And This Is What You Bring
You have completed an education in the IT field (e.g. HTL or higher education).
You have strong knowledge of network administration, terms like DNS and DHCP are very familiar to you.
You have at least 3 years of experience in IT and ideally also experience working with AV systems.
You are confident working with Windows 10/11 and ideally have experience with Windows Server environments.
You work in a service- and customer-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
You enjoy solving technical challenges and finding smart solutions to problems.
You communicate very well in both German and English, additional languages are a plus.
You value teamwork, actively contribute your ideas, and enjoy collaborating closely with our colleagues in Dallas (USA).

* Position type: Full-time (40 hrs); flexiblel working hours
* For 40 hours, there is a gross annual salary of at least € 40,000 – depending on experience and skills, we can offer a higher salary
* There is also the possibility to work remotely for up to 20% of your working time.
