Your Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a results-driven commercial and e-commerce sales strategy
Monitor key metrics (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, etc.) and adapt strategies accordingly
Collaborate with DOSM, Revenue, and Marketing teams on forecasts and budgeting
Team Management
Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales team
Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development
Ensure efficient scheduling and adherence to brand standards
Sales & Client Relations
Acquire new accounts and grow existing client relationships
Ensure client engagement, renewals, and participation in key industry events
Represent the hotel at exhibitions, roadshows, and sales trips
Operational & Financial Control
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and departmental cost control
Conduct competitive analysis and identify business opportunities
Drive cross-selling to maximize total hotel revenue
General Responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Rosewood’s values and culture
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and confidentiality standards
Your Profile
A solid educational background or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as a Director of Sales or in a similar leadership role, ideally within a luxury hotel environment
An outstanding network across regional, national, and international markets
Proven expertise in managing and acquiring international key accounts, as well as in contract negotiation and deal closure
A true host mentality, paired with a confident and professional demeanor
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data and performance trends
Exceptional attention to detail, speed, and precision in execution
Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
Willingness to travel as required
A self-driven, structured, and results-oriented working style
Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus

The minimum monthly salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 2,492.
