About You
* At least1 year of leadership experiencein disability, youth work, or community services.
* Certificate III in Community Services (or similar).
* You’rebursting with creativity and love designing activities young people get excited about.
* You communicate with ease—whetherit’swith teens, parents, your team, or stakeholders.
* You’reresilient, energetic, empathetic, andsolution-focused.
* Mostofall,you’repassionate about helping young people connect, grow, and shine.
