On‑Page SEO Specialist
Your responsibilities at karriere.at
* On‑page analysis & optimization: perform data‑driven SEO analyses, provide recommendations for action, and continuously monitor rankings, engagement, and technical performance.
* SEO tools & reporting: use key SEO tools (e.g., GSC, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Rankscale) operatively and strategically, and create and continuously develop dashboards and reports.
* Content & GEO optimization: plan and further develop SEO‑optimised content, help shape the GEO strategy, and implement keyword mapping, internal linking, and structural optimisations.
* Cross‑channel collaboration: work with growth and acquisition teams to leverage cross‑channel synergies and support user acquisition measures.
* Technical SEO & implementation: support crawling, indexing, and structure projects, ensure technical quality, and work closely with Engineering & SEOTech.
* SEO trends & innovation: monitor current developments (SERP features, schema.org, AI & LLM models) and derive concrete measures from them.
Our requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in on‑page and technical SEO, including initial experience with GEO and semantic SEO.
* Ability to independently identify, prioritise, and successfully implement relevant SEO measures.
* Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration, especially with product, data, UX, content, and engineering.
* Very good knowledge of common SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or Rankscale, as well as web analytics solutions (e.g., GA4).
* Experience in creating dashboards and reports for different stakeholders, e.g., with Looker Studio.
* Basic knowledge of BigQuery and SQL as well as in‑depth experience with SEO tools.
Salary
The actual salary starts at 4,285 EUR gross per month (based on 38.5 hours), depending on qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times a year.
What is your typical working day like?
Working hours are very flexible, and you also have the option of working from home. Almost all karriere.at teams are based at our two locations in Vienna and Linz and are well connected with each other through internal tools and regular visits.
