As Store Manager of Zara Home Zurich, you are responsible for the overall performance of the store. Acting as a true entrepreneur of your point of sale, you drive commercial activity, lead teams, and ensure visual excellence and a premium customer experience, in full compliance with Zara Home and Inditex standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial Leadership & Performance
o Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets
o Analyze KPIs and implement action plans
o Optimize stock management and merchandise flow
o Ensure alignment between commercial performance and product presentation
* Visual Merchandising
o Ensure the implementation and compliance with Zara Home VM standards
o Lead the installation of collections and seasonal changes
o Guarantee an inspiring, consistent, and sales-driven product presentation
o Train and develop teams on VM fundamentals
o Work closely with Visual Merchandiser teams and the Area Manager to adapt guidelines to the local market
* Management & Leadership
o Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
o Recruit, train, and support talent development
o Organize schedules while optimizing productivity
o Create a positive, inclusive, and results-oriented work environment
* Customer Experience
o Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the Zara Home universe
o Be present on the shop floor and lead by example
o Handle customer complaints professionally with a solution-oriented approach
o Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
* Operational Management
o Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and local regulations
o Guarantee the overall store standards (organization, cleanliness, and presentation)
o Oversee inventories and loss prevention
o Work closely with the Area Manager and support teams
* Profile Required
o Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail
o Strong product sensitivity and aesthetic awareness (home & décor environment)
o Natural leadership skills with the ability to engage and unite teams
o Excellent analytical skills with a strong business mindset
o High level of autonomy, reactivity, and ability to manage priorities
o Very good command of German and English
o Flexible availability (weekends and peak activity periods)
