You'll help building tools and reports that enable fact-based decision-making. You'll also manage the internal SharePoint page and maintain a best practice library as well as organize and facilitate internal workshops and webinars. Job Description CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS SUPPORT You’ll support the global Discount Key Account Management team in daily customer-related topics. This includes preparing professional presentations and concept sells for internal and external meetings, as well as assisting with international negotiations through analyses, offer evaluations, minutes, and structured documentation. ANALYTICS & REPORTING In this area, you’ll contribute to the development and continuous improvement of a global discount dashboard by collecting and checking data, structuring information, and conducting first‑level analyses. You’ll prepare regular standardized reports such as performance overviews and profitability developments, and build data packs, summaries, and documentation for key account projects. INTERNAL COLLABORATION You’ll maintain and continuously improve the global discount SharePoint page, ensuring content is relevant, up‑to‑date, and easy to access. You’ll support the organization and logistics of internal wor
