About the Role
We are hiring a German‑speaking Customer Service Representative to relocate and support an international brand abroad! We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem‑solving and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality customer service to German‑speaking clients via phone, email and chat.
* Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing and technical issues.
* Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
Requirements
* Fluency in German and English.
* Customer‑focused with a positive, empathetic and professional attitude.
* Basic computer literacy and comfortable with CRM systems or support tools.
