Position:
Head of Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead the European sales operations for a rapidly growing player in the eMobility sector. This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a high-performing, international team and drive strategic expansion across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a diverse European sales team of approximately 30 professionals.
2. Drive growth in current markets and spearhead entry into new territories.
3. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies tailored to various segments including Charge Point Operators (CPOs), OEMs, and retail clients.
4. Expand the fast-growing DC charging segment through acquisition of strategic key accounts.
5. Enhance sales processes and promote the adoption of digital platforms (App & Portal) to support international growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
2. Demonstrated success in senior sales leadership roles.
3. Strong background in leading and developing international sales teams.
4. Deep interest in and enthusiasm for sustainable transportation and electromobility.
5. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
