Key Responsibilities
If you are a passionate host, love getting things done, and keep your cool even when it gets busy? Then become our Captain (m/f/d) – the central figure in our hotel’s operations, inspired by the spirit of modern lifestyle hotels.
Your responsibilities:
* Be a leader, host, and problem-solver all in one
* Manage day-to-day operations – from check-in to the bar, guest interaction to back office
* Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping
* Be visible, present, and hands-on – not a desk job, but real action
* Inspire, motivate, and develop your team through leadership by example
* Create experiences that leave a lasting impression on our guests
* Identify opportunities, optimize processes, and bring in fresh ideas
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
* Experience in hospitality, ideally in an operational management role
* A hands-on all-rounder, confident working across multiple hotel departments
