We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Front Office Manager/Receptionist to be the face of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering phones, taking messages, and responding to emails
2. Greeting clients and creating a warm, professional front-of-house experience
3. Providing administrative support to the Property Management and Sales teams
4. Acting as Personal Assistant to the Operations Manager, assisting with daily tasks and priorities
5. Scheduling appointments and organising team meetings
6. Managing social media updates and light marketing tasks
7. Data entry and general office administration
About You:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
3. Professional, positive attitude with a proactive mindset
4. Previous experience in administration or real estate is highly regarded
