We partner with companies including OpenAI, Meta, and Microsoft to enable advanced generative AI models to deliver accurate responses and sophisticated reasoning capabilities.
We are seeking advanced Biology experts to help teach AI to interpret and solve complex problems by:
* Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Biology.
* Developing and answering Biology-related questions to enhance AI understanding.
* Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.
Required expertise and qualifications:
* Education: Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Biology or a related field (candidates can be currently enrolled)
* Research Experience: Preference for candidates with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions
* English Proficiency: Ability to read and write with minimal errors
* Bonus Skills: AI model training experience is helpful but not required
Payment:
* Core project work pays between $30 and $50 per hour USD, depending on geographic location (see note below)
* Opportunities for higher-paying research projects based on performance
Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Non-core work, such as onboarding or overtime, may have lower rates. Some projects include incentive payments. Please review payment terms for each project.
