About you
* Lead and manage complex workplace relations cases, including disputes, appeals, and unfair dismissal matters
* Provide expert advice on industrial relations, legislation, awards, and workforce management issues
* Represent the organisation in industrial forums, including preparing submissions and advocacy in tribunals
* Support senior leaders with high‑level briefings, research, and strategic workforce advice
* Coach and mentor staff while contributing to capability development and continuous improvement initiatives
