Your area of responsibility
* Act as the central point of contact for existing and future customers across all project phases, from sales to implementation and ongoing service
* Conduct detailed needs analyses and provide tailored consulting solutions
* Take responsibility for system configuration during project implementation
* Support the development team by translating customer and business requirements into clear product-related input
Your profile
* Completed education or training in logistics, software, or organization, combined with initial relevant professional experience
* Analytical and structured working style with strong communication skills
* Ability to advise customers effectively and contribute to successful project implementation
* Motivation to continuously develop both technical expertise and personal skills
* Very good English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
* Willingness to travel approximately 50%

IT collective agreement minimum salary: € 4,061 gross per month, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and professional experience.
