Shape the future of our HR systems by supporting the transition from SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA and harmonizing global HR processes.
Your Responsibilities
* Design and implement future‑ready HR processes in S/4HANA.
* Lead data migration and interface design between legacy and cloud systems.
* Collaborate with HR and IT to streamline and standardize processes.
* Support governance and change management initiatives.
* Be open to learn other HR Solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters) and contribute to broader transformation efforts.
Qualifications
* Strong SAP HCM experience (PA/OM, Time/Leave, Travel), interfaces & payroll is an advantage.
* Experience with HCM transformations or S/4HANA migrations is an advantage.
* Hands‑on experience with data migration and system integration.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.

For this position, we offer a market‑compliant salary based on your qualifications and relevant professional experience. We are legally required to state the minimum salary for this position. According to the collective agreement for the wood processing industry, the annual gross minimum salary for a full‑time position is EUR € 53.898,60.
