* are responsible for the ongoing operation of IT systems in the Microsoft/Office 365 environment (e.g., Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD)
* evaluate and implement new functions or services and provide 2nd level support
* work from the conception through development to the implementation of new solutions in the area of collaboration and communication
* act as a technical contact and IT interface for internal and external partners
