Finance Manager | Architecture & Property

The Role
As Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making across the practice. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a small team (including offshore) and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and systems governance.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, both in Australia and offshore, providing professional development, training, and support
* Oversee accurate and timely reporting of financial statements in accordance with AASB standards
* Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to meet business and stakeholder deadlines
* Conduct variance analysis and ad hoc analysis to identify insights and improvement areas
* Coordinate external audits and manage the process
* Strengthen internal financial controls and minimise errors and inefficiencies
* Continuously improve financial processes
* Collaborate across the organisation to manage projects and internal systems
Your Profile

* You will hold a CA or CPA qualification
* A strong sense of initiative and a desire to 'get stuck in'
* A natural curiosity, and be unafraid to ask the right questions
* Experience in a growth-focused environment
* Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with Dynamics is highly desired but not essential
