What is HOIV?
HOIV is a community-driven space built on one bold idea: create a place where ideas can come to life.
At HOIV we have 4500m² of space for techies, artists, music producers, founders, creatives, culture shapers, and investors to push their businesses and create new workplaces.
Whether it’s through bold business experiments, wild artistic concepts, or unforgettable events - HOIV is the playground for innovation in Vienna, and we are opening the doors to new people who connect with our vision and want to be part of building something from an early stage.
As a volunteer, you will be part of this energy, contributing in a way that fits your skill set and interests.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking friendly, reliable individuals who:
* Are motivated students or young professionals based in Vienna or nearby
* Speak English (German is a plus, but not required)
* Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a meaningful project
* Take initiative and value honesty
Whether you want to develop new skills or simply lend a hand, we welcome you.
Events:
* Be part of what makes events unforgettable. Have the opportunity and learn how to host, set up, and organize everything in between.
Photography & Media:
* Capture the energy. Tell our story through compelling photos and videos.
Social Media:
* Shape the voice of HOIV online. Co-create mini-campaigns, member spotlights, and behind-the-scenes peeks that capture attention and build engagement.
Operations:
* Fuel what makes HOIV run and stand out. Take ownership of small-to-mighty internal systems, whether that’s music playlists, organizing stuff, solving IT mysteries, maintaining the hub, or designing rituals that spark joy in everyday coworking life.
Community:
* Create connections. Welcome new faces, support informal gatherings, and help build something people want to come back to.
