Our client is redefining the future of bioprocess development to accelerate the development of life-saving therapies and sustainable food technologies and is looking for a Senior Software Developer (C# & React) (f/m/d).
* You are a Software Engineer with strong experience in designing and implementing modern backend and frontend solutions
* You will design and implement scalable microservices and APIs using C#/ASP.NET Core, gRPC, REST, and SignalR, collaborating closely with our engineering and consulting teams
* Your role covers both backend development and the implementation of modern TypeScript/React (Next.js) interfaces, including real-time features based on SignalR and WebSockets
* You are responsible for applying clean architectural principles such as OOP, SOLID, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), modular design, and composition
* You work in Agile/Scrum teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural documentation
Perfect Skill Set
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
* Strong, hands-on experience in C# and ASP.NET Core, including OOP, LINQ, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
* Solid experience with React and TypeScript and a strong understanding of modern front-end development
* Practical knowledge of gRPC, Protocol Buffers, REST APIs, SignalR, and WebSockets
* Experience with SQL databases, EF Core, Docker, Ubuntu (WSL2), and CI/CD pipelines
* Good understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT) as well as API documentation standards (Swagger/OpenAPI) and Git-based workflows
* Strong testing mindset with experience in xUnit, Jest, and React Testing Library, covering unit, integration, and functional testing
* Experience with microservices architectures, SOA, and event-driven systems (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka)
* Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks such as Material UI, Bootstrap or Tailwind
* Excellent English communication skills in an international environment
Nice to have
* Experience with Kubernetes and related tools (Tilt, kubectl, k9s) and cloud platforms such as AWS EKS
* Hands-on experience with Python
* Experience working with Identity Providers and standards such as OAuth, SAML2, and OIDC

The minimum gross annual salary is €55,000, however, your actual compensation will reflect your skills, experience, and impact and could be significantly higher.
