Job Description
* Independently prepare, analyze, and further develop standard, monthly, and ad hoc reports
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes, including variance analyses and business performance reviews
* Conduct financial and business analyses and prepare decision-making materials for management and business departments
* Support the identification, documentation, and monitoring of risks and opportunities within project and business environments
* Contribute to international finance, SAP, and transformation projects
* Further develop and standardize controlling processes, reporting structures, and tools
* Support SAP FI/CO-related topics and help ensure high data and process quality within Controlling
* Collaborate closely with international finance teams and stakeholders across the global finance community
Qualifications
* University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualification
* At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Controlling, Finance, or a comparable business environment, ideally within an international and project-oriented organization
* Solid knowledge of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
* Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO or comparable ERP systems, combined with advanced Excel skills; experience with BI and reporting tools is an advantage
* Experience in project controlling and familiarity with risk and opportunity management processes is beneficial
* Strong understanding of business and financial interrelationships at both legal-entity and group level
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* Analytical and structured working style, strong affinity for numbers, and a high level of initiative
* Team-oriented personality with a strong willingness to learn and enjoy working in an international environment

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly above the collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises.
