We are often the first point of contact for our guests – whether by phone or email – and take care of all requests related to room bookings. As a central interface within the hotel, we work closely with various departments as well as our Marriott Shop and support each other, for example with table reservations for our Candle-Light Dinner or offers such as “Turkey to Go”. What will you do? You handle and process room reservations via phone and email. You advise our guests on room categories, rates and offers. You actively sell rooms and identify upselling opportunities. You maintain and manage reservations in the system. You handle changes, cancellations and special requests. You work closely with the different departments. What makes you stand out? You impress with a confident manner and the ability to set priorities. Multitasking comes naturally to you: coordinating parallel tasks, collaborating across departments, and managing a high level of information exchange are things you handle with ease. We offer a full-time monthly salary of EUR 2,263 gross according to pay group 3 of the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Vienna. Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications is possible.
