Working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days home office
Working Hours:Part-time (25–30 hours/week), 5 days/week
Willingness to travel: 1–2 days per quarter at our office in Graz

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Organize and manage the office independently
* Perform front desk duties and handle telephone communication
* Carry out general administrative tasks, especially preparatory accounting
* Coordinate and manage national and international business travel
* Organize and support client and internal team events
* Provide administrative support to management in daily operations
* Manage and procure office supplies for employees

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Completed commercial training (e.g., HAK, HLW, or office clerk apprenticeship)
* 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and German

* 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
