HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
6. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, quality management, or a related field
7. At least 5–7 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Customer Service Performance Management, Service Quality, Customer Experience, Operational Excellence or Program Management
8. Experience in a global or regional HQ role with responsibility across multiple markets
9. Experience in managing cross-market initiatives and in driving sustainable performance improvements
