Do you want to be responsible for driving Red Bull's global DP‑Management approach by developing sophisticated strategies, implementing them in collaboration with markets and optimizing relationships with Distribution Partners to ensure accelerated growth and market penetration?
As the Global Head of Distribution, you'll lead a team of three Distribution Managers at Red Bull's Global Headquarters. In this capacity, you'll ensure alignment and execution of best practices across all regions, with the goal of maximizing efficiency, performance, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Global Distribution Strategy
Design and implement advanced, data‑driven strategies to optimize Red Bull's global distribution network, ensuring operational excellence and market growth. Ensure teams focus on commercial excellence and negotiate profitable, accelerating agreements with Distribution Partners while maintaining high execution standards.
Strategy Deployment
Collaborate with Market and Regional Teams to tailor and implement global distribution strategies, ensuring alignment with local dynamics while providing guidance, tools, and frameworks for effective execution and measurable results.
Management of Distribution Partners
Cultivate and enhance relationships with key Distribution Partners through consistent engagement, strategic dialogue, and collaborative growth initiatives, influencing and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that drive sustainable success.
Talent Development
Mentor and coach direct reports at HQ as well as Market Teams, cultivating the development of future leaders in DP Management. Provide strategies, training, guidance, and empower stakeholders to excel in their roles and enhance distribution capabilities on a global scale.
Qualifications
* 10+ years FMCG experience, preferably in beverages
* Expertise in distribution, key accounts, and field sales management
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management
* Strategic mindset with operational focus
* Project management proficiency
* Advanced software skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP BI, Power BI, Tableau; SQL/R a plus)
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2,772 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
