In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with our Dutch-speaking clientele, providing them with the technical support and guidance required to navigate our services and products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through online channels.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues reported by clients.
* Provide clear and concise instructions to customers, helping them understand the resolution process.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical support queries.
* Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolutions.
* Keep up-to-date with product updates, service changes, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a bonus.
* Previous experience in technical support or a related customer service position is preferred.
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
* Familiarity with online support tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
