Your tasks
* Operational management of digital projects with a high degree of hands‑on involvement
* Control of budget, schedule, scope and quality during all project phases
* Management of the project team on a day‑to‑day basis and operational customer management
* Responsibility for project launch, customer acceptance and smooth handover
* Establishment and maintenance of customer relationships in close coordination with senior PMs
* Preparation of status updates, project documentation and success reports
* Conducting testing, processing tickets and preparing offers and service and support contracts
* Support in the design and planning of innovative web solutions
* Coordination and planning of team capacities together with project management colleagues
* Maintenance and updating of content in various content management systems
What you can contribute
* At least 3 years of experience in operational project management, ideally in an agency
* In‑depth understanding of project management methods and experience in using project management software
* Practical experience in operational time and resource management, testing, tickets, preparing quotations, maintenance contracts and budget control
* Technical know‑how and experience with tools (e.g. shop systems, PIM systems, digital marketing tools)
* Experience in operational customer communication, status updates and project documentation
* Structured, solution‑oriented approach to work, hands‑on mentality, team leadership skills and assertiveness
* You use AI sensibly to support your project work – e.g. for automation, analysis or documentation
Our Offer
In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 42,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full‑time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
Career Levels
* Internship – Enjoy your first digital adventures with us on a five or six‑month internship. Internships can be done here at any time, and are one way of joining the company on a permanent basis.
* Junior Level – Start as a junior after university and we'll make you a pro. Juniors learn lots in our talent factory and are involved in major projects right from the start.
* Pro Level – Pro level is the right place to start for applicants with a solid understanding of, and plenty of experience in, the digital field. Recommended for applicants with two or three years of work experience in the sector.
* Senior Level – You're a pro in your field and can pass on knowledge to your team in the right amounts at the right time. Your motivation, knowledge, ability and quality awareness set the standard for pixelart teams.
* Lead Level – This is your career step from specialist to leader. In this position you take on leadership responsibilities, develop processes and work on superordinate strategic agency issues.
